Terms and conditions
For orders placed in the geckox.shop online store. Version: 30 September 2026.
1. Seller and scope
Your contracting partner is Geckox, proprietor Klaus Wegner, Korbitzer Str. 21a, 01662 Meissen, Germany. Telephone: +49 3521 454300. Email: service@geckox.shop. These terms apply to orders for goods through geckox.shop. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Product listings are an invitation to place an order. You may add items to your basket without obligation and review and correct your entries before submitting the order. By using the final order button expressly indicating an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices, payment and delivery
The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply, including the stated VAT. Shipping costs, available payment methods, delivery restrictions and delivery times are stated in the shop or during checkout. The total amount is displayed before you complete the order. Payment terms depend on the payment method selected and explained at checkout. Custom-made goods are produced according to the agreed specifications.
4. Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal described in our separate withdrawal policy. The statutory exception in section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code applies to non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of the consumer’s individual choice or decision, and goods clearly personalised. Choosing an offered standard variant does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
5. Retention of title, defects and liability
The goods remain our property until paid for in full. Statutory provisions apply to defects and liability. These terms do not reduce statutory consumer rights. A separate commercial guarantee applies only if expressly provided together with its conditions.
6. Contract language and applicable law
The contract language is German. Other language versions are provided for information. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of habitual residence and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. You may save or print these terms using your browser.
